Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Exceutive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, social media, email, and more.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging campaign materials.

SEO & Content Optimization:

- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

Social Media Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis.

- Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.

Email Marketing:

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to provide actionable insights.

Paid Advertising:

- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience targeting.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Conduct audience research to better understand customer behavior and preferences

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and email marketing.

Skills:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
