Schoollog - Executive - Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
- Giving Training and Support of ERP software and Applications to our clients(Schools and Coachings)
- Should be able to assist the client by taking their desktop remotely through software like anydesk
- Analyze, test & troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end-users.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls of the clients
- Response to customer queries by e-mail, chat, or telephone
- Should be good to check the software/understand customer queries
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- The candidate should have good conversational skills in English.
