We at Schoolkart.com, one of India's leading online marketplaces for School Supplies, are on the look out for candidates to join our Sales & Marketing team.
The key responsibilities as a part of the role will include:
- B2B and B2C sales involving clients such as Schools, Uniform Sellers, Children specific Brands across categories such as Uniforms, Books, Sports, Accessories, Stationery, Shoes etc.
- Relationship building with Schools, Sellers, Brands and other entities such as non-profit organizations.
- Researching the market across India for School Uniform Sellers.
- Presenting the B2B and B2C service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Offline and online sales to meet Sales Targets.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers/sellers/schools to prospect for new business
What to expect : The position is based out of Delhi.

- We at Schoolkart aspire to build India's largest Online Marketplace for School Uniforms, School Shoes, Stationery, Books, Sporting Goods, Accessories, Services and anything to do with School needs of children and parents. We currently have over 500 premiere schools from Delhi/NCR on the platform through some of the largest and most reputed sellers. We are scaling rapidly and continue to add more and more schools, sellers and brands to the platform. We have about 25,000+ products for school kids.
- We raised our first seed round early this year and have recently closed our second round of funding with participation from 10-12 prominent angel investors (Top CXO's of some of India's largest companies).
