Functional/Technical skills :
- Should have worked in Customer Care or similar role
- Should be quick learner
- Should have good command over English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and Email
Behavioural skills :
- Communication skills/ team leading
- Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt quickly
- Pleasing personality with good telephone etiquette
- Able to think creatively and structure solution
- Good team player and ability to motivate others
Role and Responsibilities :
- Timely and professional resolution of Student complaints, requests, issues through tele-calling /email
- Coordinating for the smooth processing of Student Admissions
- Coordinating with University officials for study content
- Coordinating with University officials for scheduling lecture recordings
- Coordinating for Examination related matters
- Coordinating for collection of student assignments and timely submission to University
- Ensuring timely collection of renewal fees from students
- Preparation and submission of reports as and when required by the University
- Network and coordinate with other team members including HO and University officials to address ticket resolutions
- Maintaining all updated reports as required
