Functional/Technical skills:
- Business Development
- Government / Education sector experience (Customer relationship areas)
- Should be able to think innovatively about student support and services
- Should have good command over English & Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet and Email

Communication skills/ team leading :
- Should be able to work independently in a University heading the operations
- Pleasing personality with good telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral (English, Hindi)
- Good team management skills
- Innovative approach, Able to think creatively and structure solution
- Should be willing to take up challenges
- Male candidate preferred
Role and Responsibilities:
- P&L head for the University
- Student acquisition
- Presentation at various colleges/Universities promoting our products
- Channel partner expansion
- Support channel partners
- Drive BTL activities
- University Relationship management
- Quality improvement initiatives
- University Procedures and Documentation for Academic and Administrative matters
- Office administration
- Timely and professional resolution of Student complaints, requests, issues through tele-calling /email
- Coordinating for all Academic matters
- Ensuring timely collection of renewal fees from students
- Network and coordinate with other team members including HO and University officials to address ticket resolutions
- Preparation and submission of reports as and when required by the University/SG
