The leadership team of Schoolguru discovered the underlying potential to improve the learning outcome for several million students who enrol into these ODL programs. The services of Schoolguru are used by Universities not only in servicing their ODL students but also making them employable and assisting them in getting employed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To drive student admission numbers through Channel partners as well as through various other sales and marketing activities in colleges and universities


- Expansion of Channel partners


- Meeting admission targets


- Will work closely with Sales Head to develop short and long term strategies to efficiently grow the total business


- Maintaining relationships with Universities and colleges

Functional/Technical skills :


- Sales & Marketing

Behavioural skills : Communication skills/ team leading


Very good communication skills (both oral & written)

Education : Graduate in any stream, MBA is preferred but not mandatory

Salary : 8- 10 LPA + Variables
