About Us :
The Role :
- As a Business development manager, you will be expected to lead the EdTech business team catering to K-12 schools. You will be responsible for generating annual recurring revenue, and build a new customer base in Hyderabad and India in future. The Manager needs to take ownership for the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Creation of sales pipeline and lead generation.
- Understanding the schools- persona and requirements to pitch the appropriate solution matching their needs.
- To conduct product demo, academic discussions with school principals, teachers and various other places possible.
- Maintain the CRM with timely and accurate information about all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
- Revenue generation from schools and colleges through institutional sale.
- School's Profiling (All pertinent information about the school)Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At Least 3 years of ed-tech experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
Salary : 5 LPA - 8 LPA
