Business Development Associates


- Outbound sales in a SaaS or an EdTech company relevant sales, key account management or product marketing experience

- Graduate degree

- Enthusiasm for pitching a differentiated LMS offering and partnering with schools/institutions

- Sell with purpose, ability to empathize with administrators of schools/institutions and help them realize the impact

- End-to-end ownership with a bias for action

- Entrepreneurial mindset in finding unique ways to achieve speed and scale

- Your own mode of transportation, Laptop and mobile phone. Company Sim card would be provided.

- Acquiring new customers Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Developing a creative market strategy. Conducting demos and presentation.

- Providing sound advice to potential and existing customers

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Competitive and has a track record of over-achieving sales quota.

- Proven track record of selling similar products (preferably SaaS).

- Relevant sales experience with a distinctive track record of exceeding new business sales targets

- Brand building experience with stints across traditional FMCG as well as Edtech or consumer internet.

- Experience in creating, launching, and iterating on consumer-facing products

- Meaningful experience in sales roles in high growth B2B EdTech start-ups especially K12 sector

- Enthusiasm regarding pitching a differentiated LMS offering and partnering with schools/institutions as true educators

- Sell with purpose, ability to empathize with administrators of schools/institutions and help them realize the impact of LMS

- End to end ownership with action bias and go-getter attitude

- Entrepreneurial mindset in finding unique ways to achieve speed and scale

- Should have managed a P&L or managed budgets or been a contributor to a budgeting process.

- Thorough understanding of marketing to the digital consumer.
