Job Title : Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location : Flexible (Field Sales)
Salary : 3-12 L.P.A (Salary negotiable based on experience and skills) + Unlimited Incentives
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prospect Engagement : Identify and engage potential clients through field sales, emails, and calls.
2. Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of School of Thought's products, including VR Education L.M.S., E.R.P. Solutions, and Hardware Solutions.
3. Demo Presentations : Conduct product demos for interested prospects and communicate the value proposition effectively.
4. Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
5. Sales Closure : Use your strong closing skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardcore field sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Exceptional closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Multilingual proficiency and a good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
