Job Title : Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location : Flexible (Field Sales)
Salary : 3-12 L.P.A (Salary negotiable based on experience and skills) + Unlimited Incentives
Job Description :
- Are you an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a passion for EdTech? School of Thought is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who is adept at field sales and possesses a deep understanding of the EdTech industry. As a BDA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by engaging with potential customers, conducting product demos, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prospect Engagement : Identify and engage potential clients through field sales, emails, and calls.
2. Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of School of Thought's products, including VR Education L.M.S., E.R.P. Solutions, and Hardware Solutions.
3. Demo Presentations : Conduct product demos for interested prospects and communicate the value proposition effectively.
4. Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
5. Sales Closure : Use your strong closing skills to convert leads into satisfied customers.
6. Multilingual Skills : Utilize your language proficiency to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
7. Data Management : Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardcore field sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Exceptional closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Multilingual proficiency and a good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Note : The salary package for this role is negotiable and can vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and the outcome of the interview. There is no cap on incentives, offering you limitless earning potential.
