Purpose of the Job :

To directly work with CEO on Operations, Sales and Marketing, Strategy, creating systems and processes, go on ground and acquire each school at one time and also sometimes brew a cup of tea for the team.

Responsibilities:

Some of the major responsibilities include :

- Do sales by visiting Schools and acquiring them.

- Work towards creating a robust sales process to reach and convert more schools.

- Ensure cash collection

- Work on development of distribution network.

- Work on Market Research for new product development

- Ensure delivery of the books to the schools.

Ideal candidate should have :

- MBA/Graduate with 1+ years of direct sales/B2B Sales/Corporate Sales or Business development experience in education.

- Preferably worked earlier with a startup before.

- Strong presentation skills in English and local language.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Strong team management skills

- Resilient, good under pressure and manage the stressful environment.

- Willingness to work in the education sector
