Job Description
- Responsible for interacting with clients, understanding briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation and discuss solutions to enhance the brand's position
- Thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purview
- Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief
- Upholding the design aesthetics for the brand and constantly endeavouring to elevate the imagery
- Effective and timely implementation of strategies
- Setting timelines for projects basis the brand priorities and managing client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities
- Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope
- Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement identifying learnings and implementing suggestions to the strategy basis the report
- Grooming and training the members in their team to ensure they are equipped to manage the work given to them
- Managing and supervising the members executing the online and offline projects/campaigns/activities that might be -required as per the promotional strategy
- Creation and monitoring of daily task lists of team members
- Ensuring quality checks are done and error-free work is sent to the client
- Manage the responsibilities of the Integrated Solutions Strategists in their absence
- Responsible for creating a team culture that is built on quality, trust and superior specialist skill sets, that breeds success, fosters effective teamwork and relationships at the workplace, and spreads an integrated mindset among all the key stakeholders
- Implement SOPs, track budgets, follow processes, evaluate TATs and set expectations streamlining the communication functions between stakeholders and employees
Implementing a robust schedule for the following :
- KPI Sheets for Every Client
- Invoice / Estimate Tracking
- Collections Management
- Facilitating in effective payment collection from clients
- Managing and tracking monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for your brands by virtue of AOPs or quarter planning activities
- Identifying opportunities for integrated services for existing clients to increase billing from the client
- Planning and aiding in implementation of integrated strategies on brands, by driving business value for the same
- Being the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integrated account
- Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/ projects
