Scgb Solutions - Business Developer (1-4 yrs)
Indicative roles & responsibilities:
- Understand and stay abreast of the current developments in various industries and the hiring patterns.
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients.
- Find and generate leads through lead prospecting, networking, cold emails, cold calls, field sales.
- Brief clients about services, understand client requirements,
- Set-up meetings or calls for sales team and/or vertical heads.
- Meet sales targets.
- Prepare sales collateral (Sales decks, Business decks, Product PResentations)
- Identify and execute up selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent soft-skills.
- Ability to be persuasive and tactful.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools or of working in a similar sales role will be an advantage.
- Must have an instinctive affinity for selling.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Must be aware of and be capable to understand current economic developments and their impact on the business.
- Must have good analytical skills.
Eligibility:
- Any graduate degree / MBA in Sales & marketing.
- Experience: - 1 year in sales or business development.
- Candidate must be a resident of Bangalore
