Key Roles :
- Make regular outgoing calls on a given data and bring results and conversions
- Calling leads and make conversions
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Have or create an error log report created or reviewed by the reporting manager
- Refer the error log report entered and minimize rejections
- Create quality check lists and ensure the content created are in alignment with the check list
- Document the on-the-job training received during the training or probation period, the feedbacks received from reporting manager and other stakeholders and the necessary corrective and preventive action taken
- Train new-comers to the team with the same roles and responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude at work
- Develop and be update with the latest tricks of the trade
- Should work independently and pay close attention to detail as and when required
- Constantly learn and develop communication and interpersonal skills while on job
- Represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times
