Scentric Automation Technologies - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
We are looking of Business development executives who will be responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, etc.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
- Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Great networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
