As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the inside sales function to generate qualified leads.

Roll Summary :

- We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative Lead to lead our inside sales team and drive the generation of qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Head and CBO.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inside sales and lead generation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
