About the role :

The Sales role is a client-facing role requiring deep industry expertise, proven ability and a broad base of industry contacts. You understand and anticipate how decisions are made, and you will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients working collaboratively with internal Scapic teams
Requirements, Roles & Responsibilities:
The Ideal Sales Candidate should:
- Possess a knowledge of the XR (Extended Reality) and technology space
- Have 2+ years of software or technology sales or BD experience
- Have excellent communication skills and analytical abilities combined with an understanding as to how new and existing business grow
- Have ability to comprehend, position, pitch and orchestrate the entire sales process from outbound lead gen to customer success
- Possess influencing and relationship-building skills to provide high calibre client service, research and market analysis
- Be able to anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Scapic's key and new clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business
- Be comfortable working with clients, set the vision and the strategy for how their solution can help achieve business goals
- Help provide integrated, cross-platform solutions
- Drive and grow new business
- Manage business relationships to ensure that the clients' needs and requirements are met
- Serve as their advocate within Scapic while collaborating with other internal teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve objectives with new and existing customers
- Build and foster long term C-Level relationships with global and regional client decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, to be able to build and carry out strategies and optimize growth
