Scaling Socials - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle (New sales prospects, Negotiating deals and converting sales). They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects & selling services to them.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients & responsible for closing the sale.
- Fast learners with a passion for sales, and a thorough understanding of marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / MBA ( Marketing )
- Experience - 1 - 2+ years in the sales industry with a full sales cycle including deal closing.
- Candidate Should have Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Salary & Job Location:
3L - 5L Per Annum + Attractive Incentives
Location - Bangalore
