Role: Head of Sales and Marketing for Business operations of multiple Divisions (Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Ortho, and Physician)
Position summary: Heading multiple business operations (Sales and Marketing) along with P&L Management.
Job Description:
- To drive national Sales and Marketing initiatives of multiple divisions
- Ability to handle large teams and also further scale it up
- P&L Management of multiple businesses
- Strategic interventions to increase the market share and build brands
- KOL Management through academic engagements/CRM
- Work across multiple therapeutic segments and increase market share
- Build motivated and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, rewards, and recognitions,
- Address the competence and discipline requirements through coaching and counseling
Desired Profile:
- Pharma candidate with 10-15 years of strong experience in Sales, Marketing, and team management
- Managed P&L for at least 1 division for a minimum of 3 years (age: 40 - 45 years)
- Stronghold on Campaign Management, KOL Engagements/Branding/Stakeholder Management, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic personality
- Experience in the Neutraceutical business across therapy areas Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Ortho, and Physician.
