SBI General Insurance - Executive - Customer Retention (0-5 yrs)
- Ensure the retention budgets for all sales channels are met by contacting and following up with all renewal customers
- Contact customers for renewal before 45 days and high-ticket size priority
- Prioritize the calls for the day and follow-up with clients as well as with RSMs
- Coordinate with agents for number refresh as well as cheque collection from the customers.
- Share file on daily basis to the relationship managers (RMs) to obtain the number for non-contactable data.
- Share insta-link to the customers to make the payment on time and enhancing convenience for them
