SBI General Insurance - Executive - Customer Care (0-5 yrs)
- This position is responsible for handling voice and non voice customer queries/requests and facilitating policy servicing tasks as per assignment in the unit.
- Answer customer queries/request through touchpoints including calls & emails.
- Resolution to be provided within a defined timeline
- Perform the task assigned accurately to avoid repeat instances of customer interaction for the same issue
- Adherence to the designed schedule
- Co-ordination within the team to get the transaction resolved
- Accurate tagging of all activities performed during the day
- Participate in all coaching/training programs designed for the process
- Adhere to the compliance guidelines set for customer service process
