SBI Card - Manager - Sales (2-7 yrs)

Role Summary :
1. This is a frontline sales position and is responsible for achieving monthly & annual sales targets of a Super Premium card directly to NHIs, CXOs and other such good profile customers & opinion makers in the society
2. Generate leads of new prospective customers through various means including cold calling, industry databases, references, etc. Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure steady inflow of applications
3. Understand the customer profile, lifestyle & needs and accordingly pitch the value proposition of the card to the prospective customers in F2F meetings
4. Engage with the customer by handling customer objections & queries with respect to product, pricing, competition product, etc. Using good selling skills, create a compelling reason for the customer to buy the card
5. Complete the application filling journey with the customer and adhere to process ensuring accuracy, completeness of applications & documents and all due diligence required
6. Seamless handover of the customer post onboarding to Service Manager
7. Be the brand ambassador & generate leads from the existing customers
8. Give market/customer feedback for product improvements
