SBI Capital Securities - Regional Head - Sales - Retail Broking Firm (8-16 yrs)
- Should have experience in handling Equities, and other financial products.
- Primarily responsible for business development through sales of equity (offline & online trading accounts) & corpus mobilization through unbiased & high quality expert advisory
- Handling a network of 5 - 15 branches.
- Should have working / conceptual knowledge on all investment products, Bonds, Equity & commodities Markets..
- Demonstrable ability to do needs analysis, concept selling and sales closure.
- Should have good communication skills which are clear, precise, articulate
- Prior experience in servicing Corporate, banks & Institutions for treasury Management services would be an added advantage.
- Good personality traits to represent our organization in all customer interfaces.
- Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate clients.
- To ensure that team achieves pre defined business targets in terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired
- Excellent team management & client servicing skills.
Reporting to : Zonal Manager
Reportees : CLUSTER MANAGER, BRANCH MANAGER, RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AND DEALER
