Job Description:-

- Prospecting and acquiring new business by giving product feature presentation to corporate. Obtain understanding of bank products and financial products relevant to client base, manage sales, operations, customer queries and work with regulatory compliance, internal policies and Procedures.

- Sourcing Corporate Salary accounts, develop and manage collaborative relationships with a diverse clientele.

- To Aggressive plan sales call to acquire prospective customers.

- It is multidimensional role with Salary account acquisition and corporate sales as the backbone.

- Increasing market share in the target segment of acquiring emerging affluent customer accounts from corporate.

- Building New Relationship with the corporate for Salary Accounts.

- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their potential: researching and analyzing sales options.

- Penetrating into the corporate for a higher market share and to ensuring increasing retention of customers.

- Managing client relationship management functions, which included promoting enduring relationships with a diverse clientele.

- Preparation of reports and establishing and enforcing organizational quality service standards.

- Maintaining professional standards by attending educational workshop: establishing personal networks: participating in social & professional activities.

- Encouraging maximize usage of all facilities to maximize sales.

- Ensure complete adherence to the KYC norms of the bank.
