Customer Care Executive

We are the world's first company to create genuinely customized cases for a whole range of smartphones and tablets from brands like Apple, Blackberry, HTC, Samsung. Our engineering team is responsible for creating and iterating on user experience, APIs and production automation processes that would power millions of print impression annually. We're focused on constructing robust software that meets the flexibility and scalability needs of custom printing businesses.
We are headquartered in Hong Kong with production facilities in Korea, China, and India; our regional office in India is based out of Faridabad (Delhi NCR). We have a satellite presence in Europe and North America.
SB eCommerce is setting up its very own B2C eCommerce venture where artists all welcomed to provide their artwork for cases designing.
We are looking to setup a team for after sale services and customer support to provide world class support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend to customer queries, and confirm all orders received.
- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation, status, delivery date, delivery status.
- Address all customer complaints and resolve them on timely basis.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Co-ordinate with production team regarding hold or cancelled orders and maintain proper records.
Expectation from candidates :
- Lives in/near Faridabad as it is a full-time job
- Fluent English
- Have experience of handling customer support
- Have knowledge about Excel working
