Savita Oil - Area Manager - Retail Sales (5-15 yrs)
1. Finding prospects & appointment of new Distributors (Channel Partners) with the required potential and territory requirements.
2. Frequent Interaction with existing channel partners to increase sales & product availability in given Markets/ territories.
3. Profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company sales strategy through the Distributors and Retail Accounts.
4. Setting up system & Process at distributor place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
5. To develop a team of competent sales personals in designated territory.
6. Ensure all selling and service routines through Distributors smoothly.
7. Right selection of Retail Distributors and lead in setting up company's business.
8. Achieve targets for Revenue, Reach and profitability.
9. Effective Distributor management in terms of maintain right inventory norms, controlling credit and balancing right working capital.
10. Establish and Drive Key Dealers / Influencers to enhance business volume.
11. Coach & Guide sales workforce and DSR for efficient sales call.
