SaveIN - Key Account Manager (2-6 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and managing a portfolio of institutional partnerships
- Achieving monthly sales acquisition target by identifying and acquiring new institutional partnerships
- Should be Comfortable addressing C-suite executives as well as coordinating with operations managers and sales reps to close the deals including commercials
- Grow the relationships with existing accounts by continuously working on activating new centers/clinics and growing the already activated ones by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts- needs and requirements and accordingly providing solutions
- Acting as the main point of contact between these key accounts and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Skills and competencies :
- Education/ Experience: Post Graduate degree preferably in business administration in finance, sales or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
- The ability to handle multiple key clients and build rapport with them
- Proven experience in key account management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Proactive and well organized
