Key responsibilities:
KRA 1: Merchant Onboarding
- Key Result: Achieve a set number of successfully onboarded merchants per month.
- Key Activities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential merchants, providing information about the benefits of partnering with the company.
2. Clearly explain the onboarding process, requirements, and necessary documentation.
3. Address any concerns or objections from merchants and provide appropriate solutions.
4.Follow up with interested merchants to ensure completion of onboarding procedures.
5. Maintain accurate records of all merchant interactions and update the database accordingly.
KRA 2: Loan Journey Completion
- Key Result: Increase the percentage of completed loan journeys for customers.
- Key Activities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in obtaining loans.
2. Provide detailed information about loan products, repayment terms, and required documentation.
3. Assist customers in understanding the loan application process and guide them through each step.
4. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections regarding the loan process.
5. Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and update relevant systems or databases.
