SaveIN - Executive - Customer Support (1-4 yrs)
- Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats, and reviews management.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Make outbound calls when customers experience difficulties or need follow-up.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Additional Information:
Location: Sector 59, Noida
Working Hours:
Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Shift 2: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Week Off: 1 rotational week off.
English communication skills are necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience in calls, emails, and live chats required.
