Satya Saluja Literacy Foundation - General Manager - Sales - Franchise Development (6-12 yrs)
Do you want to be part of a new growth story? Have you grown franchise network for a new age brand? If yes, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of core leadership team, to efficiently on-board new franchise centres. You will be managing multiple stakeholders (franchise partners and Virohan corporate teams) at existing and upcoming centres of Virohan. You will be playing a pivotal role in scaling the organization from 20 centres to 300 centres in the next 3 years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow & lead expansion team including end to end planning & strategizing of New Business Development opportunities & Onboarding new centres & ensure process adoption.
- Owning of process of proactive search for new partners and opening centers as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- City and within city center location and catchment identification.
- Partner, center and catchment due diligence
- To check LOI & Agreement negotiation.
- New center setup and ensure smooth handover to sales and marketing team for execution.
- Ensure required infrastructure in classrooms and laboratories as per the guidelines & training on all SOPs at time of onboarding to ensure quality standards across all centres.
- Know all project related SOP & Improvement in existing SOP from learnings collected from execution on a quarterly basis through documented version update of SOP.
Should have:
- Should have 6+ years relevant experience in scaling the organization.
- Should have grown franchise network for a new age brand.
- Retail & Education industry exposure is preferred
- Strengths in Stakeholder Management, Process Orientation and having strong bias for action.
- Analytical and data drive approach to solve problems
- Can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving work environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
- Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity and creativity and promote an open culture in the team.
