Satvacart - Executive - Customer Relations (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer issues over phone call, over email, over chat and over social media
- Provide resolutions to customer issues either using the SOPs or by coordinating with the relevant operation team members
- Provide support to the category team in cataloging product data
- Provide support to the finance team when needed for data entry
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
- High fluency in spoken and written english
- Capability of doing fundamental operations on a computer
- Minimum 2 years experience in an inbound customer relations role
Location: Open for Gurgaon based candidates only.
This is a high exposure role with chance to have migration across positions and departments for high performers
