Sattrix Information Security - Inside Sales Role (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Get the data from available list, search from net, Linked in, Face book references
- Know the prospects can he be a probable customer by searching information
- Cold calling to customer
- Generate lead for visit / demo and make follow up for next visit or demo or negotiation etc.
- Arrange demo
- Follow up for finalization of deal, queries after demo
- Define calling frequency based on response
- Send quote to customer and get follow up for approval
- Know the queries and pass it to application engineer
- Log the cases and maintain the list of log ins
- Run the Campaigns
- Send mails for offers to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain lists region wise, software wise, industry wise etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Identify and develops new opportunities within assigned region
- Establish qualified leads through cold calling, email, social and other prospecting techniques
- Follow up with Marketing Leads within region
- Utilize data resources such as Ranking, Install Base, past leads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products/service Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Inside Sales Representative
- Previous experience selling computer software or related networking products
- Min 1 years- experience calling on Enterprise
- Knowledge of Service Provider Industry and Technologies preferred
- Results oriented, Self-Starting, and highly motivated
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- SFDC and LinkedIn experience a plus
- Advance level database skills and solid working knowledge of MS Office Tools including
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Quick Learner
