Roles and Responsibilities

- To assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics.

- To manage and organize marketing databases, CRM systems, and automation tools.

- To help optimize workflows and improve team efficiency.

- To generate reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

- To support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth marketing operations.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 0-1 years of experience.

Must Have

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

- Previous experience in a marketing operations role.
