Sales and Business Development Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing and Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and to create an effective sales strategy.
Manager tasked with the job of generating the leads and helping the business grow. Conducting research to identify new customers and customer needs. Meeting prospective clients for lead generation for the company.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Identifying new sales leads, new markets and clients.
- Arrange business meetings and meet with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Researching organizations online to identify new leads and potential new markets for our services.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-service support.
- Contacting potential clients through direct meeting, cold call and email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations about the services we offer and presenting to the clients.
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met.
- Experience in targeting decision makers and generating leads
Skills Required:
- Proven working experience as a marketing and business development Manager.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the industry and its current events.
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor/Master's degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Communication ability to build rapport and attention to details.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in client support is a plus.
- Time management and planning skills.
