1. Align communication strategies across all aspects of the organization's business with the goal of establishing and maintaining clear brand awareness and highly favorable impressions.

2. Formulate, Plan, Budget and implement appropriate branding strategies in relevant sectors which fetch new business opportunities and enhance client relationships.

3. Create and distribute communication materials (Write and edit press releases, media releases, announcements, News Letters, Coffee Table Books, Souvenirs and other supporting materials) that are needed to portray the company to the outside world.

4. Identify and take advantage of emerging digital and social media technologies to leverage the organization's activities e.g. social logs.

5. Good experience in handling Media and PR Agencies.

6. Ensure best practices in the development of marketing programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand, and on deadline.

7. Update and enhance the website of the organization and other websites & portals being managed by the organization for effective communication.

8. Incorporate best practices into communications plans, generate and execute creative program ideas to enhance success.

Candidates Profile:

1. Masters Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public relations or Marketing or related discipline from a reputed college / university.

2. At least 8-10 years of experience in communication/branding or directly related capacity within a large organization preferred.

3. A combination of agency and corporate experience is ideal.

4. Attention to detail and creative flair with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.

5. Extremely strong interpersonal skills including good judgment, maturity and high energy levels.

6. Strong integrated P.R. experience in a global firm preferred.

7. Deep understanding of matrixed organization with several lines of businesses

8. Significant experience in media relations, strategic marketing alliances, special events, etc
