Sathguru - Advisor/Senior Advisor - Marketing/Business Development - Executive Education Program (2-6 yrs)
The candidate needs strong marketing abilities and build long term profitable relationship with L&D Heads and CEOs of leading companies. The incumbent will drive the innovations in direct marketing, brand building and long term client relationship. Our Executive Education Programs are delivered in partnership with global leaders such as Cornell University.
1. The incumbent will be working with various L&D Professionals and Managers cutting across sectors to promote, market, attract and execute high quality Executive Education programs.
2. Prepare relevant templates required for mailers, ad campaigns, e-faxes etc., for effective communication to attract target audience.
3. Responsible for preparation of various program related collaterals like brochure, catalogs, handbooks etc., for effective branding and promotion of the programs.
4. Conduct extensive research to formulate and develop new programs.
5. Handle and resolve queries of participants/potential participants related to programs.
6. The position will report to the Manager / Director in charge of capacity building initiatives within the organization.
Desired candidate should possess:
- Strong experience in business development with a passion towards achieving targets.
- Experience in social media, digital and direct marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good networking skills
- Good Team player
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge in Life Science sector will be an added advantage
