What You'll Do :
1. Recruit Quality Associate Partners:
- Prospect daily to discover talented Associate Partners.
- Dedicate 2 hours/day to calls and schedule impactful meetings.
- Host Career Seminars to attract and onboard 16 prospects each month.
2. Achieve Sales & Revenue Targets:
- Build and manage a robust sales funnel.
- Set ambitious monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for Associate Partners.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
3. Facilitate Sales for Associate Partners:
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques in the field.
- Coach partners through live sales calls and assist in closing deals.
4. Develop Sales Skills & Knowledge:
- Conduct monthly training sessions and role-plays.
- Identify skill gaps and arrange targeted learning opportunities.
