Sastasundar Healthbuddy - Business Development Role (1-6 yrs)

Experience - 2 to 6 Years in Diagnostic Industry
Qualification - Bachelor Degree/ Graduate
Purpose of the Role - responsible for B2B/ Franchisee partners Business Development of Genu Path Lab (https://www.genupathlabs.com/)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new franchisee partners & growth of existing franchisee partners.
- Expand B2B business also.
- Follow ups/meetings with franchisee partner regarding their sales numbers and growth.
- Meeting leads provided by the calling team on a regular basis to onboard new franchisees.
- Training for new franchisee partners.
- Look growth and drive local marketing activities in the franchised locations.
- Assessing the franchisee & check for long term potential and fulfillment with the lab setup.
- Drive growth in GMV for existing franchisee by working with the marketing team.
- Coordinating with analytics/commercial terms to release incentives.
- Daily meet several areas Doctors and request for giving sample load to particulars area base franchisee.
- Escalating to the relevant teams for any issues regarding franchised business (order purchasing/onboarding/inventory)
