Contact customers by telephone in order to promote and sell services, gather information, verify details or post their requirements.
Responsibilities :
1) Calling to the clients.
2) Handle their queries and resolve them.
3) Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
4) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
5) Documents transactions by completing forms.
6) Explain the customers - based on services offers / benefits
7) Promoting the brand
8) Taking proper feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
Requirements :
1) Candidate must possess the good communication skill.
2) Knowledge of computer
3) Good typing speed
4) Able to read/write/speak English and Hindi language.
5) Capability to handle customer queries.
6) Good convincing power.
