Overview :
- We are Looking for a Experienced & Analytical Chief Operating Officer (State-Head) for a SAAS Platform based early stage Start-Up.
Noted : The Payment initially will be purely equity based. -
- He/She would be responsible for driving the growth in the State through innovative Sales and Distribution practices to minimize Costs. Will be Solely responsible for the GTM for the state as well manage external vendors or freelancers based on the approach taken. He/she will have to build the team in their respective geographies as per their stated requirements upon financial approvals. Will also be responsible for local content management and Local marketing activities such as newspaper, television etc. as well as overseeing BTL activities. He/She will be responsible for the P&L for the state.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define the GTM strategy for the defined region.
- Build the state level team including City managers, Freelancers, Marketing executives etc.
- Manage and execute the predefined GTM and refine it as required to build operational and financial efficiencies.
- Be responsible for Customer retention, execution and Growth for the state.
- Manage and assess performance of each team member in the state on a regular basis.
- Create Reports, Dashboards, Problems and Solutions of overall performance for the State.
- Conduct market research as and when required for execution of new initiatives as well CSAT.
- Will be responsible towards State profitability
- Execution of BTL activities in the region.

Skills :
- Have an understanding of Profit and Loss and Other financial metrics.

Experience :
- 10+ years of Experience.
- Individuals with experience in Vendor management or Retail Sales would be preferred.
- At Least 2+ years of experience in managing a Sales and Operations team.
Preferred industry background : Retail, Agriculture, FMCG & F&B
