Sarveshwari Technologies - Zonal Sales & Marketing Manager (7-15 yrs)
Candidates are required for leading the sales team, generating sales leads and achieving sales targets for our product categories in the given geographical area. The role holder will also be responsible for developing a strong customer and dealer network along with ensuring excellent service support to the customers and developing a stronger brand value in the region.
1) Sales Planning & Management :
- Develop and Access the sales plan for the region.
- Direct and achieve sales target for the individual and the team.
- Identify new markets and customer base.
- Regularly monitor achievement of targets, Market share, Productivity, Customer acquisition, Profits, etc and take corrective action where required.
- Monitor and ensure adequate systems and processes are used to accurately capture sales performance, customer leads, manage customer databases, etc.
- Regularly visit customers - to understand the market environment, competition, prices and prevailing business trends.
- Manage the assigned geographical sales area to maximize sales revenues through dealer channel network.
- Monitor the performance of the dealers and ensure it is in line with the sales plan of the region.
- Ensure that the dealers and direct customers are trained to operate and maintain the tools and the equipment.
- Supporting and guiding the dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Service Requests and complaints through Service Team.
- Focus on Building Customer Relations to retain customers.
2) Finances
- Monitor outstanding payments/billing limits/ reconciliation and ensure timely follow up with the customer/ dealers for the payments.
- Monitor and ensure appropriate control of outstanding and expenses of individual and the team in line with achievement and budget of the company.
3) Inventory Management
- Studying the market trend for the equipment and spare parts and informing the company well in advance about the forecast to ensure - optimum level of inventory is maintained by the company.
- Monitor slow moving inventory and guide the team to push those products in the market.
4) Marketing
- Ensure visibility of - Sarv Brand by regularly taking part in Exhibitions, Magazine ads, meets organised for trucks, fleets, tyre companies etc.
- Carrying out sale promotion activities like mailers, SMS, website promotion etc
5) Team Building
- Lead & develop the team to achieve sales targets.
- Educate, Mentor, motivate and provide operational leadership and technical guidance to the team, to develop strong, competent and a loyal team.
- Conduct effective performance appraisals for the team to keep them motivated.
