We are currently looking for an excellent Manager - Sales & Operations to lead our Online Sales business.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Driving Sales for the Online Business (SARVA LIVE) and achieving sales targets. Retain and grow SARVA's Personal Training departments business from existing clients through Renewals, upsell, Cross-sell, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
Skill Set Required :
- Minimum 4+ years of Sales experience in achieving sales targets. Worked in performance & sales-driven environments.
- Has an experience in Operations, Customer experience & team management Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with rotation shifts if required & working during weekends.
CTC: 60,000 per month + Incentives
