SARVA - Content Executive (1-5 yrs)
Main Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Strategy (Planning, Budgeting and Execution) :
a. Planning :
- Understand the customer acquisition target set by the leadership as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
- Develop specific activities to translate business goals into marketing objectives and get the approval from the Digital Marketing Manager
- Develop a calendar for all the activities for the year
b. Execution :
- Responsible for ensuring that the activities scheduled for the year are completed and the results are in line with the expectations
- Oversee and manage all social media activities including posts, campaigns, promotions, contests and brand related activities
2. Social Media Management :
a. Customer Engagement :
- Responsible for maintaining presence across all social media platforms
- Ensure daily engagement with community members across social media platforms
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for all platforms (Facebook posts, Instagram stories, Snapchat stories, Tweets, Blogs etc.) to engage with the customers
b. Monitoring Social Media Platforms :
- Responsible for monitoring the traffic to all social media handle for Sarva and Diva.
- Work with the SEO to identify trending hashtags and ensure they are used to increase traffic.
- Monitor the performance of posts, blogs and campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired impact.
- Monitor the traffic to the social media page and ensure an increase in followers.
c. Campaign Management :
- Responsible for the performance of social media campaigns leading to an increase in the number of leads generated
- Identify the right social media platforms for the campaigns to generate leads
- Ensure that the content for the campaign is created and are aligned to the brand offerings
- Ensure that the campaigns are launched as per schedule
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to understand the performance of the campaign and make corrective actions if needed
3. Increasing Awareness and Lead Generation :
a. Responsible for increasing the awareness of Sarva's offerings and generating lead through social media campaigns.
b. Ensure the leads are being captured for all the campaigns.
c. Oversee the process of the leads being shared with Customer delight.
d. Keep track of all the social media campaigns, monitor their performance, and take timely interventions if they are not progressing as per plan.
4. Analytics & Reporting :
a. Track, monitor, and optimize social media presence and campaigns and compare performance based on historical performance.
b. Consolidate metrics for all the social media campaigns and activities to provide ongoing reports and analytics to the leadership.
c. Work with the analytics team to design reports and dashboards to showcase collective performance across platforms.
