- As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Service :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
2. Sales Generation :
- Actively promote and upsell products to customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
3. Team Collaboration :
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Assist in training new Sales Associates when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Graduate/diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
