Sarrahraj Enterprise - Sales Manager (2-19 yrs)
Job Description :
Based on primary and secondary responsibilities but is not limited to :
- The employee shall be responsible for the development of all channel partners ie. Sole Distributors and Dealers for his given Area Business Unit and shall be responsible in enhancing direct relationships with key channel partners in the assigned region with Marketing Affiliates and key customers.
- Must meet or exceed channel sales revenue and channel sales profitability.
- New customer acquisition,
- Creating his/her ABU as an enterprise for profit center,
- Able to articulate a unique value proposition to various levels within a customer organization,
- Working closely with the company's channel sales team,
- Develop and maintain business relationships with key channel partners in the assigned region to ensure that SEPL has a well-established - more feet on the street- .
- Must meet or exceed channel sales revenue, channel sales profitability
Key Exhibited Skills :
Field Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Executive Management, Support.
Key Skills And Experience Required :
- Understands what is required to successfully run channel.
- Knows how to sell technical products to enterprising Customers.
- Strong closing skills and Strong negotiating skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Competitive & ambitious.
- Knows how to translate product features into benefits that solve real enterprise customer problems.
Educational Qualification And Age Required :
- Any Graduation or HSC pass out in 10+2 Stream.
- MBA/PGDBM Preferred but not mandatory.
- Age during Joining shall not exceed 30 years as on 01/01/2012.
Key Result Areas And Key Performance Indicators :
- Primary Sales, Secondary sales.
- SD/DMD/MA Recruitments.
- FTA & RA.
