Sarda Group is hiring for Assistant Manager Marketing @ Nashik location.
Role and the Person :
The position is at the senior management level, accordingly, the purpose and critical functions would be as follows:
SBU/Overarching Purpose :
To sustain the mall as a commercial public space Function (Dept) Purpose :
Role Purpose :
To ensure that the Mall gets and remains positioned as a commercially attractive privately owned public space in Nashik.
The Key Expectations of the Role :
- Develop and sustain strategic marketing of the mall.
- Conceptualize, operationalize, and manage the various interfaces of the mall with the market on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and sustain marketing orientation in the mall organization.
- Decentralized (evidence based) decision making environment
The Competencies required to effectively take on this role :
- In-depth understanding of retail business in the Indian context with conceptual understanding of buying behavior.
- Working knowledge of technology as an enabler in retail marketing.
- Abstracting and modelling skills.
- Tolerance to and management of ambiguity in the context of a challenging business situation such as a Mall.
- A curious and inquiring mind.
