Saras Analytics - Executive - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)
Inside Sales Executive
Responsibilities :
- Extremely customer focused with proven sales skills.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2+ years- experience as Inside Sales Executive with experiences in sales tools like CRM and Contact Centre applications. Experience in Inside Sales for SaaS companies would be a plus.
- Thorough understanding of the sales lifecycle for SaaS products
- Proven ability to plan, organize and lead in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and aptitude to learn new technologies.
Requirements :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities by delving into the market segment and analyzing problem areas.
- Perform effective demos (online/client location) with a fair comprehension of prospects and also take feedbacks on any implementation if required as per their requirement.
- Follow processes, systems like salesforce or other CRM(Sales Hub, Fresh Sales, MSRA, sales Force), etc: best practices and technology to perform day to day inside sales activities.
- Establish and ensure compliance with key metrics (KPIs, SLAs, etc.) with the goal of achieving higher conversion rates
- Engage with customers across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with Saras Analytics technologies
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
- Demonstrate verbally, in writing and through live product demos, how customers can capture the value and envision their future with Saras Analytics
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Product Solution Professionals, Inside Sales Representatives and Implementation Team to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
- Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Saras Analytics customers maintain high daily activities.

- Demonstrate the value Saras Analytics creates for customers in conversations and presentations by sharing real-life examples of how other customers have achieved them.

Educational Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree preferred
