Sales Manager
- Managing the Sales team, business development executives.
- Own the end-to-end process of B2B / B2C (Schools/ Students/ Institutions/) lead generation to conversion.
- Defining education solutions for users across the spectrum, particularly at the level of Class 9th to 12th.
- Conduct seminars on education solutions in schools and colleges if required.
- Building relationships with schools and colleges, achieving assigned monthly/quarterly and yearly targets.
- Pitching our vision and employing a consultative approach to provide value to the users through our entire range of product offerings in the competitive exam space.
- Responsible for execution-oriented B2B/B2C Sales strategy across the region.
- Contribute to product growth in terms of engagement and revenue.
- Build and improve the entire network of relationships with Principals/Heads of Schools/ Decision Makers.
- Develop a positive and supportive culture with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.

- Client development and management experience.
- Highly motivated and able to take ownership to deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to the closure of the deal.
