Saras 3D - Executive - Customer Success (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Support Customer Onboarding - Proactively reach out to the newly onboarded customers to understand their needs
- Drive Customer Retention - Follow-ups with unresponsive customers to help activation/retention of customers.
- Handle existing customers & providing post-sales support.
- Providing training on software to customers.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work experience with a similar profile.
- Knowledge of any SAAS based software, CRM etc. will be an added advantage.
- At Least one year of tele-calling experience is a must
- Must be tech savvy
- Good telephone etiquette
- Excellent Verbal Communication skills with fluency in English & regional language is mandatory.
