Sara Infoway - Senior Manager - Sales (5-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end to end business cycle management, right from lead generation to closing of orders and collections.
- Explore cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
- Retention, Enhancement & Deepening relationships with the clients.
- Should be a techno-commercial to understand the technical aspects of different IT business like servers, storage's, network etc.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Distributors / Partners via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Understand the needs of customers, present and suggest solution sales.
- Implementing various marketing strategies.
- Handling team effectively by monitoring, managing, motivating and team building etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good Knowledge & Experience on IT Hardware Market.
- Excellent language fluency, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good selling & negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation.
Experience : 5-7 years
- Open to Travel
